This glossy vintage postcard features two black and white photos, the National Gallery on the left and the Tower of London on the right. At the top in red is a lightly embossed text that reads "Greetings from London".

On the back is an inked message that reads "Dear Lil, Mabel and I will be pleased to come on Wednesday to tea, soon after 4 o'clock, with love to all, Grace." The card is addressed to Miss Ward, 83 Redston Road, Priory Road, Hornsey.

On the top right is a green Edward VII half penny, with two postmarks that both read "S 14, 09", which means that this card was posted on 14th September 1909.
