All items are dispatched within 5 business days of purchase.
UK customers can choose between first and second class postage. Orders over £30 will be sent recorded delivery. International orders are sent via airmail. "Overseas" means USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

European Union and Northern Ireland
Unfortunately due to GPSR regulations that came into force in December 2024, I am currently unable to sell to customers located in the EU and Northern Ireland.
Refunds
All buyers have the right to return their items for a full refund within 14 days of your items arriving.
If your purchase arrives, and you decide it's not what you wanted after all, please contact me within 14 days with the email subject "Cancel Order" and state your name, what you purchased, and which items you wish to return. I will email back to confirm your cancellation and reiterate my postage address, the items must be returned to me before a refund is issued.
